Shield of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the State of Libya.
The President of the International Union of Universities, Professor Dr. Mohammed Khair Al-Ghabani Al-Husseini, presented a shield of thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the State of Libya, the Government of National Unity, for its support to the International Union of Universities and their participation in the 46th International Conference, Future Prospects for the Development of Renewable Energy, Environmental Solutions and Challenges, which was held in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region. The shield was handed over to His Excellency Dr. Ali Ahmed Salem, Director of the Ministry’s Affairs Office, and His Excellency Minister Youssef Abu Bakr Jalala, President of Al-Jufra University in Libya, representing His Excellency Minister Dr. Imran Al-Qarib, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Government of National Unity, the State of Libya.
