Professor Dr. Mohammed Khair Al-Ghabani Al-Husseini, President of the International Union of Universities, signed a partnership and cooperation agreement with Mr. Francois Chen, Advisor to the President of the People's Republic of China and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHARPLAND Company and Factories, in the presence of a large number of figures from the advisors of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq, His Excellency Advisor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Othman Mustafa, Advisor to the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq, and Her Excellency Advisor Nermin Sindi, Advisor to the Media of the Kurdistan Regional Government, and representatives of a number of ministries from Iraq, Lebanon and Jordan. The agreement came within the framework of the Union's policy in sustainable development and working on renewable, clean and green energy and spreading the culture of caring for the environment. The agreement stipulated the provision of Chinese buses and electric cars to governments, ministries, universities and schools, as well as the manufacture and installation of solar power stations.
