A delegation from the International Union of Universities - International Union of Universities headed by Professor Dr. Muhammad Khair Al-Ghabani Al-Husseini visited His Excellency the Minister Mr. Anu Jawhar, Minister of Transport and Communications.
This visit came as an initiative launched by the President of the Union to achieve sustainable development and preserve the environment from pollution, carbon emissions and toxic gases by concluding a partnership with the People's Republic of China to provide electric buses and cars in the facilities of the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq from ministries and institutions of education, schools, universities and other state institutions. Where buses and cars are distinguished by many features, including energy saving, as electric buses and cars operate entirely on electricity and are environmentally friendly. His Excellency the Minister emphasized this step and promised quick measures to work on these important projects.
